About Mac's Mini Market
How We Got Started
Mac’s Mini Market started in 1988 with the vision of supplying fresh Caribbean and African food to the local Nottingham community and nationwide buyers.
Winsome Mclaren, the widow of Robin Mclaren (see adjacent photo), has managed the shop from 2006 through Covid 19, experiencing much trauma and adversity. Good friends have helped to support the business. (Let us know if you would like to help).
During Covid 19, many customers either died or were too ill to visit the shop again. Nevertheless, the shop remains open for business, and will continue to serve the Nottingham community.
The grocery store sells fruit, vegetables, groceries, herbal teas and natural herbal leaves to improve health. The store also stocks frozen fish, and salted fish products.
Mac’s Mini Market also sells plastic and metal barrels for overseas shipping, pumpkin plants for sale, red chilli and a wide selection of tomatoes. Visit or contact us.
